I am using a fire TV stick with Plex and everything was perfect until a couple of weeks ago. The picture resolution is extremely poor and fuzzy. I installed the latest updates for the server and the Fire TV Plex and still the same problem. I tried all the adjustments that I can with no success, when using Kodi the same video is Chrystal clear so as well as VLC, but I like Plex better and I can’t clear up the picture. I would appreciate some help. Thank you
Is it happening with an mkv file encoded in H264?
Disable the “new video player” and increase (or disable) maximum H264 level in settings is the first couple of things to try.
