Plex + Synology

Hello. I can’t add server to Plex. Can you help me?

Are both server and computer on the same IP subnet? (10.0.3.x)

If so:

1. Sign out of Plex/Web browser (upper right corner)
2. Open incognito window in browser
3. Open http://ip.address.of.syno:32400/web
4. Sign in & claim.

I see what is happening.

You are trying to initialize Plex but are not on the same LAN with it?

You cannot be remote from it during initialization.
