A few weeks ago I bought a WD PR4100 set up for raid 5 with 4-14 terabyte drives. I currently have 5 terabytes of movies loaded and loading a few movies everyday. My issue is I installed the Plex server after just a couple of days bought the lifetime pass. The problem is that it keeps telling me I need to pay my 30 days are up. I contacted the Plex help under Billing they told me to check that my email address is correct on the server and it is. What else could it be? It won’t allow me to get the latest updates until it know I have a lifetime pass. I have claimed the server after reinstalling but it is the same after install as before.
Could you show a screenshot of where it tells you that the trial period is over?
Because there is no such thing as a Plex Pass trial.
