Plex TV guide getting corrupted

I keep looking at the TV guide on Plex and finding it corrupted:

Note that channel 7.1 and 13.1 show unknown airing, If I refresh the guide data, they get fixed:

I am running the latest (Version 1.14.1.5488) server on a Windows 10-like server (server essentials 2016). Would any debug info be useful to see what is going on?
