I recently encountered an issue with my Plex Media Server that I can’t seem to fix.
I’m running Plex of a Raspberry Pi with OMV5. Everything works fine BUT
there are currently three TV shows that Plex won’t import. When I clicked “Scan Library Files” they show up in the Activity Field (episode per episode) but afterwards they’re not included in the TV Show Library.
There’s no ERROR in the Scanner Analysis Logs. Only DEBUGs as can be seen in the attached log files.

The log files you posted only contain information regarding file analysis, but not about the scanning and matching process.
Therefore the information which can be gathered from them pertaining your issue is quite limited.
Nonetheless, I noticed the following:
At which folder level did you point your plex library?
It definitely must be /srv/dev-disk-by-id-usb-WDC_WD30_EFRX-68EUZN0_WD-WMC4N0E8WK9M-0-0/plexMedia/TV Shows/L
(and I assume all the other “index letter” subfolders as well)
If you did only point it to /srv/dev-disk-by-id-usb-WDC_WD30_EFRX-68EUZN0_WD-WMC4N0E8WK9M-0-0/plexMedia/TV Shows you will never see 100% success.
Also, remove the show’s title from the “season” folder names and use a 2-digit season number in these folder names as well.
Thank you for your help! Unfortunately, it didn’t help. I think it would have been weird since both options (changing the library folders and renaming the season folders) work completely fine with all other TV shows apart from the three I have issues with.
Which log files would you need? Sorry, I thought those were the right ones.
EDIT: Wait, they’re starting to appear now ?!?! It seems the double digit season numbering was the issue. Weird, since the single digit worked with all other TV shows. But thank you very much!!!

Hate to bring this up again. But what I didn’t recognize back in May was that Plex did not import everything from that one show.
It’s only this one show (and the USA version). From both shows the specials are getting imported (doesn’t matter if the folder is called ‘Season 00’ or ‘Specials’. But the normal seasons are not getting imported.
Any help would be appreciated. Everything you told me to try before, is now done:
The plex library is checking all subfolders (the lettered ones)
The season folder uses a 2-digit numbering system and does not include the show name (although this is not a problem with other shows)
