Plex TV series agent is missing Popeye the Sailor 1933

I have no issues using TVDB. But using Plex TV agent, Plex selects Popeye 1960 and doesn’t see Popeye 1933, so there is no match. I’d like to see it fixed just to get rid myself of the annoying ‘update library’ message.

I’m seeing the same on my server. Adding the TVDB ID to the show folder does not help.

Yeah, I also had no luck using the TVDB ID. I didn’t realize there was a way to report these issues to Plex. Thanks

Plex updated their systems, removing a conflict between Popeye 1933 and Popeye 1960.

It usually takes 24 - 48 hours for the systems to refresh.

You should then be able to either use Fix Match or a Plex Dance to get the correct listings.

If it is not working correctly in 48 hours, let me know and we can see if something else if going on.

FYI, just checked and Popeye (1933) now working correctly.
