Plex.tv cannot access my Plex server running on Windows, but I can type my home IP into the same web browser and it works fine. The server settings display that I have full remote access, which is correct. I just cannot use the Plex.tv URL. As long as I know the IP for my house, I can play all media. When using the Plex.tv url, all media sources display a yellow exclamation mark next to them.

Yes, it is listed. Everything seemed to work fine originally. I’m not certain when it started having an issue because we didn’t access Plex externally for a while. It’s possible that it was simultaneous with an update or maybe occurred when we got a new modem from the cable company. It seems like this issue wouldn’t be related to either of those things since the service is obviously working, but strange things can happen sometimes.
