After the Plex app update, my users downloaded the Plexamp app for audiobooks I host. They’re reporting that they can no longer download from the library, but I can still download myself. I have a lifetime Plex Pass but these users are still being prompted to subscribe to download. They do not have this issue on the normal Plex app.
I have had them sign out/sign in, reinstall the app, and I restarted the Plex server. Is this by design or is there something else I can try to fix this?
