Yes the failures to tune are due to the same issue in the linked forum post
well this channel does not look like a normal cable provider channel identifier

I have referred the problem to the development team, The Plex Media Server is not coping with the non-standard channel identifiers. I will discuss this with vbox as well
For Travel we are using identifier “Travel”
Could you send me the responses to these commands - if you can execute using curl
For the channel identifiers - i need
curl -o vboxxmltv.xml http://192.168.2.153:55555/vboxXmltv.xml
and for the TRAVEL channel we are using this url to stream from the channel
http://192.168.2.153:55555/devices/vbox-53CA/media/TRAVEL
Could you try that in curl to get a channel capture and break in after say 2 minutes
curl -o travelcap.ts http://192.168.2.153:55555/devices/vbox-53CA/media/TRAVEL
Then try out the travelcap.ts capture file to see if it has audio / video using vlc or other media players and if it does - zip and upload somewhere and send me a link
