Plex web client keeps crashing

Player Version#: 4.66.1

Hey everyone!

I have been using plex for over 2 years and am very happy overall. However something really annoying has started since a month or 2. After watching some content for a couple of minutes, sometimes 10 sometimes longer. The web client just hangs and the buffered stream will still be played, but after that it will act the same as a while(1) loop in javascript. Nothing works and you have to close the tab. This first occurred on my pc but now is also happening on my new laptop, I mostly use chrome as a browser, but I have tried edge too. I have been through several PMS updates since the problem first occurred and always use the latest version of PMS.

Can this be fixed? Because it is horribly annoying :frowning:
