Plex Web doesn't display thumbnails for local extras

Hi all–

Does anyone else see Plex displaying just a black box in place of the thumbnails it used to display for local movie extras? I’m running on a QNAP TVS-1282 NAS. Apologies if this is covered elsewhere.
