Hi Dane22, may I just clarify exactly which IP you mean by “Windows IP”, just so I can check I’m using the right one? Thank you!

Hi Dane22, I think we’re making progress. Having run the tool again, the server now seems to be claimed (Claimed=1)…but there is still no sign of my media, and still no “Servers” option. Thanks! Andy.
