Hi, i uploaded some new tv shows to my plex but i can’t play them unless i convert them, they just load endlessly if quality is set to original, i tried converting the files from .mkv to .mp4 but it has the same problem, i read some articles and fiddled with various settings but nothing helped

Please post the first ~20 lines from the Plex XML info of an affected video.
Please do also mention what kind of device you use as your Plex server. If it’s a PC, do tell its CPU type.
Otherwise, trying to find an answer to your question is merely an exercise in crystal ball-gazing.
please try a different web browser. Vivaldi is interfering heavily with the operation of Javascript apps (which Plex Web is).
since the file is in mp4 format, it could also be improperly muxed. See High Bandwidth via Direct Play on Windows 10
I ran the files through the tool you linked there and that fixed it, i guess the original mkv files were broken, thanks for the help!
Also do you know a way to multiplex multiple files easily and quickly?
