Hi, i uploaded some new tv shows to my plex but i can’t play them unless i convert them, they just load endlessly if quality is set to original, i tried converting the files from .mkv to .mp4 but it has the same problem, i read some articles and fiddled with various settings but nothing helped Serv…

please try a different web browser. Vivaldi is interfering heavily with the operation of Javascript apps (which Plex Web is). since the file is in mp4 format, it could also be improperly muxed. See High Bandwidth via Direct Play on Windows 10
