HI. I couldn’t access the logs because I couldn’t access the page they’re on. I’m using Plex on my Windows 10 PC 64 bit. I’ve had plex for years, but all of a sudden, when I click on MY Files, the screen asks me to ‘Get Plex’. I am able through my Roku device to play all my previous content, but as I said, when I try to add I’m unable to. I don’t see Library listed anywhere. I don’t have Manage in settings. I’m sorry I don’t seem to be as technically able as others here, but I’m smart and can follow instructions. I found a thread with the same problem, but none of the fixes worked for me. I should also say that I deleted Plex and reinstalled with the latest version 1.30.1.2115-8lelfc3f. I should say that when I signed in once, it took me to my previous version. Can anyone give me a hand here? Thanks

That is not a server version number. You might have installed a Plex client there, instead of the server.
