i tried a few things but not sure of what i can do to fix problem, file is named this Phineas and Ferb - S02E01 - The Lake Nose Monster and path is G:\tv series\Phineas and Ferb\Season 2\Phineas and Ferb - S02E01 - The Lake Nose Monster.mp4, i think my naming is right all other episodes where correctly detected so am wondering why its not being properly detected, any idea, if needed i can provide logs as long as guidance is given on how to grab them and their paths, edit corrected path after forgetting season 2 in the path
another info, tried renaming in plex but the file does not save rename
Do you have any additional files like an nfo file? I had this issue once where the nfo was containing the wrong information. This resulted in plex picking up the wrong information.
this how my folder looks its only ep files however that one is not being detected however the rest of the content is
Two comments. Your season folder should have a leading zero (Season 02) and since it is a single file having problems remove it from the folder (Plex Dance) check the MP4 Metadata is either absent or correct before returning it to the folder.
going to that and also rename the season folders once am done with the deleting bundles part, hopefully this fixes it, edit changed word file in sentence to season folders
well it worked it got populated, i just hope it stays there now, tough i dont plan to change folder again in future so it should stay
