Plex won’t start on WebOS 3.5

Player Version#: 2.1.3

what can i do ?

Try Power cycling your TV from the wall, no remote and remove from devices your Plex LG client and relink.
After that go to settings and enter into Manual servers you Plex server IP address and port (32400) normally.

If you don’t have any other app on TV working try changing your TV DNS to 8.8.8.8 and restart your TV and router.

Uninstall plex LG app and power cycle again,remove from devices in server. Then install again, link hopefully.

Maybe you have different setting here

I am getting the same error on my LG, similar webos version (~3.5). None of these recommendations have helped. Xplay loads, but I’d rather use the Plex app. Any help would be appreciated.

Anybody managed to resolve this issue? experiencing the same on my LG webos 3.0

Same hair plexus not working on webos for me since the latest update oh, it would be really great if they could fix this oh, it does work on other clients and other TVs just appears to be a webos client issue.
