@chrisallen thank you for all your posts but I was wondering if there is an update on this topic? I just called WD tech support and they are saying that the issue with WD MyCloud Home and not being able play movies with the PMS is with Plex and not WD. Do I chunk this thing out the window and get something else or will this work again at some point? Is there any fix in sight?
I see posts on Plex forums and WD forums on the same topic but so far I haven’t found a resolution.
