Plex wont play on my androids

@chrisallen thank you for all your posts but I was wondering if there is an update on this topic? I just called WD tech support and they are saying that the issue with WD MyCloud Home and not being able play movies with the PMS is with Plex and not WD. Do I chunk this thing out the window and get something else or will this work again at some point? Is there any fix in sight?

I see posts on Plex forums and WD forums on the same topic but so far I haven’t found a resolution.

Unfortunately, I do not have an update at this time. I am working closely with our development team to solve the last of the issues preventing updating PMS on this platform from 1.18.6 to the latest version.

I will be sure to reply to this thread when we have an update on this issue. in the meantime you can try disabling secure connections in Plex Media Server, and then in your Android Client change the settings to allow in-secure connections.
