Plex won't play some audio files in the Android App

There are some audio mp3 files that Plex wont play in the Android and Amazone Fire TV App. But the same files plays using the webplayer. I can however play theses same files with VLC and other media players.

My transconder path is not on a network drive.

I’ve already uninstall plex and do a clean install but nothing’s change. I was able to play theses songs using plex back in 2019. My network hasn’t change.

I am using windows 10 along with Plex Media Server Version 1.20.3.3483.

I have the Plex android app version 8.8.21332(0798457a)
