Hi, I am running windows 11
I have a synolgy NAS DS218 play
I have the latest version of PLEX running.
I can access my documentary and film folders and see all the movies in them
I can only play the videos in my docos folder but not in my movie folder.
This is from my computer and my TV
it just says unavaliable
I have checked all my permissions and they all look the same.
I have reinstalled plex but end up the same.
I have noticed PLEX does not come up in the permissions, system internal user. folder option
I don’t know if this is significant.
Would appreciate any help

Can you post your server logs?
I was having the same issue with PlexMediaServer-1.29.1.6276 on QNAP. random files wouldn’t play. Plex displayed a transcode error.
I tried changing the transcode location, with not luck.
The behaviour appeared to be that the transcode session would be created, then deleted before any data could be written or sent.
I rolled back to 1.28 with no issues. Hope that is the same for you
