Plex won't recognize that media server has been downloaded

I’ve used plex for years but sometime last year I tried to open “your media” and it tells me to download the server. Well that just takes me to windows store that says it’s installed… task manager says its running. So now what? I’ve watched videos but it never offers to set up a library cause it’s convinced I don’t have the media server installed

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled from both the plex site and the windows store and never get anywhere past being told to install what is already installed. Help

First look if you’re signed in with the same user you claimed the server with.
