Plex xbox app hangs and black screen : sample file provided

hi,

after many hours of troobleshooting, i discovered that certains h265 media makes the xbox plex app stuck.

The problems appears if h265 video track have extradata declared but empty. I don’t have any logs to share because when the player hangs, the logs are stuck too

This problem appears only with the xbox app, ps5, iOS, tvOS and windows player seems ok
