Xbox App Hangs

Playing select 4k Content 10 bit it hangs the client on my xbox. I can replicate this on a certain video. Happy to support debug process, technical background and can replicate. I am finding others on the net with this same issue. Had it happen on same video 3 times now. 4th time I tried it just crashed out to home screen. Only last 10-15 minutes into the stream, different spots on crash as well. Confirmed it is direct play audio and video.

Key error on screen when it hangs with on screen logged enabled:
19:54:37:297 A critical html media error occurred: 3 (decode): the player cannot recover."

Any thoughts? Seems to be a thing on large high bit rate files. New video and can replicate again.
