Fresh installation of PlexAmp for mac show “WHOOPS We had an issue getting data from plex, and we’re pretty bummed about it .” error. If I press “Retry” button I could briefly see latest played Items from my library. Search or “top” links in search section were not working too. I tried logging out and log in again, switching users, but then I noticed that name of the player in the settings is not usual, but hey, that’s my mac machine name - “λ”. After I renamed it all started to work just fine.
Love this app on desktop and on iOS very much, thanks to Plex team for it!
