Plexamp 4.0 MacOS and iOS

Initially I was not able to see the other client in the Remote screen, but the Mac and Phone were not logged in as the same user. I decided to change users on the phone to match the Mac. Once I entered the PIN, I simply got a spinning cog wheel and a down arrow. Once I clicked the down arrow I was taken back to the settings screen with all the options there. Then clicking the remote icon allowed me to see the Mac. Are we not able to see Plexamp remotes while being logged in as a different user, is that expected?

I decided to change users on the Mac and after entering the PIN, it also resulted in a cog wheel and down arrow. I let it spin for a minute before clicking the down arrow which took me to the settings screen as expected. This seems reproducible.

Thanks, we’ll fix the spinning issue. I think the different user issue is expected the way the app detects players.
