when traveling out of cell range plexamp stops working even with downloaded music.
as a user, i want the player to continue to work with downloaded media while offline.
Are you playing from the downloads tab?
i started the playlist from the main tab. the playlist (and several others) had been downloaded, i didnt expect to need to start it from a different tab.
after the player stopped i attempted to quit/reopen it and found it would not complete the opening process correctly, so i was unable to try anything else.
