PlexAmp even with settings Prefer Downloaded Media go online

First of all, congrats for this app, I really love it.

I’m using plexamp on ios device (12.4.8). Server Version 1.20.1.3252
In the download settings, whatever settings I put in “Prefer Downloaded Media” on Cellular or Always, it doesn’t seems to work on some cases.

If I start a song or a playlist from downloads tab, it won’t go online.

But, if I start from normal tab from a playlist or an album it will go online. it’s visible on my plex dashboard and if I cut the cellular network the next song won’t start, and the songs were previously downloaded.

In my car, also the cloud seems to indicate that it’s not on the phone even if it’s downloaded on the phone

Is it a bug or it’s normal? The things is to navigate through a 4 hours playlist can be difficult on the download tab.

(the icon doesn’t reflect the state of the cache, which is not known to the UI)

the only thing i can think of is a known issue where if you have quality set to 96 Kbps it won’t use offline content properly. if this isn’t the case please:

1. play one of the items from the library which should be in the offline list.
2. send over debug logs so we can see where it played from and why.
