PlexAmp is set to Automatic for downloads quality
Automatic says it will honor the settings based on network location. I have it set to 128kbps for cellular. When playing, it’s fine, the 320kbps MP3 is converted to Opus @ 128, so it knows I’m on cellular. When downloading, it stays at 320. I think this must be a bug?
If I set downloads manually to 96kbps, then it reports the download as 128kbps opus. Something is off…
This is actually because of a server bug, bitrates lower than 128 don’t work so we had to fudge things here 
Hmm, possibly. Can anyone else reproduce this one?
Looks like adjusting the wifi max bitrate will make downloads honor the correct conversation bitrate setting just not the cellular setting. I tested on a Pixel and iPhone, seems the same.
Can you DM me a set of logs after downloading on cellular? The code looks fine over here.
