Hi, when i try and use time travel radio, i get an error message saying “could’nt start playback” i really love this feature and hope i can get it working again. i am using my plaxamp on an android 10.
Plexamp logs and server logs right after the failure would be useful. Did you make any changes to server settings recently?
i don’t believe so but I’ll double check…

Please don’t try to interpret the logs, just upload them so we can have a look.
sorry :). also wanted to add, it worked for a couple songs then i get the error message.

You see the error message on Plexamp? I’m not aware of any such message, please send a screenshot.
Also, your log doesn’t show any errors, just playback of: Cinderella, Within Temptation, Game Soundtracks (last ones).

I’m still confused, sorry. I see now how that error can occur, when the server doesn’t return any tracks for the radio. However, I’m not sure what you mean by “it worked for a couple songs then i get the error message”. You should get the error (or not) right when starting playback.
that’s whats weird, i can shuffle play from tracks and all my music is listed. also just curious, is there a setting to start when bluetooth is connected?
I don’t see how this is related to Time Travel radio?
That’s up to the mobile OS to do, we don’t try to be smarter than it.
ok it looks like i fixed it. i deleted my music library and re-added it.
