I suspect this is due to a recent regression:

Music: data from artists incomplete

Since what it seems version 1.22.2.xxxx, Music Artists agent does not retrieve several metadata for new artists: no posters available, though when the artist is first added, a poster is chosen no genre, mood… no similar artists no popular tracks For instance, I added Bob Sinclar or James Brown, and none of these data appear. Has anyone had this issue? Server Version#: 1.22.2.4282 Player Version#: 4.54.5

afaik this is fixed in an upcoming version 1.23 which I believe is getting released early next week
