Plexamp logs out when switching to one specific managed user profile

I have Plexamp installed on a Moto G7 Android phone. Everything works as expected. However, if I go into the settings and change the user profile to one specific managed user profile, the app logs me out.

I can successfully log into the app and switch to other managed user profiles. It’s just one that specifically fails repeatedly.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I have also restarted the device. The behavior persists. What can I do?
