Urgh, things were working fine. I can’t think of what’s changed recently.
The problem: Plexamp on my headless Linux server doesn’t show as a ‘player’ and I cannot connect to it via a browser, nor can I cast to it from my iphone Plexamp (this is 99% of my Plex use case)
Both Plex server and Plexamp are on the same device (Ubuntu on an Odroid N2+), hardwired to my connection. The server is downstream from my TP-Link Deco mesh router.
I can load Plex in my browser at 192.168.68.53:32400. I cannot load Plexamp at 192.168.68.53:32500. I get “can’t establish a connection to the server at 192.168.68.53:32500.”
I can ssh to the server and ping it. ‘sudo systemctl status plexamp’ shows Plexamp as running and active.
So I think it’s a network problem but I’m unable to figure out how to troubleshoot it. The Mesh network is kinda new but as I said it has been working since that was isntalled
