I noticed my play history is incomplete. When listening to whole albums it only lists a couple of songs.
Is this a known issue?

In my case it is simply not recording songs I played, at all.
Not a known issue. If you can reproduce easily, play an album and then pass over Plexamp logs.
This is what I am seeing. I’ve been playing whole albums, not two songs per album.
Where can I send the logs to? I have the .zip file coming from the iPhone.

Looks like you have something weird going on with your server.

Anything over 50% should be complete. Maybe you have Store Track Progress enabled for you music library? If so, turn it off.

So, why is it there in the first place if it breaks stuff? 
for audiobook libraries and the like.
