Plexconnect Issue - Error " Trailers Unavailable"

**Hello Team.

Installed a fresh copy of PMS and plex connect after a PC format. Unable to access the trailers. Something unusual found when the plexconnect is started. I see too many commands in the plex connect command prompt.

Adding the logs here. Hope Someone could help me out**

Nothing bad in that log…
Typical issue: Win Firewall blocking requests.

So. how do I start to fix this issue?

  • disable firewall for a test
  • add python in/out to firewall rules
    For the log, if things don’t work out: in settings.cfg set loglevel=“High”, restart PlexConnect, on aTV hit trailers, shut down PlexConnect and share the log.

Two things to try:

  1. Make sure your PC still has the same IP that the aTV is trying to connect to.

  2. Reboot the aTV after you have started PlexConnect.py
