It my video .avi files play fine through atv3, but my mp4 it comes up and says failed to load this content. Is this normal is there a compatibility problem with playing mp4 videos via PlexConnect on ATV.
No, definitively not normal.
Is aTV capable of playing exactly those mp4 files natively, ie streamed via iTunes?
