Plexconnect not working on ATv, Tried everything

I have followed all the instructions, made sure I have the latest plexconnect software, uploaded the cert file on to the ATV and the computer  Windows 8.1.. but still get  "trailers not working, try again later"  not sure what to try next..  It was working very well before ATV update..  I have attached the settings.cfg file..   but have no idea where to find the plexconnect log file..

 

Can anybody help please

Specs

ATV 3 - firmware 6.0.1

DNS settings =192.168.0.153

Computer using Windows 8.1 this has Plexconnect installed and also PMS   with IP address 192.168.0.153

Download Plexconnect version on 09/11/2013

PMS version is 0.9.8.10

The log file is in the Plexconnect folder. It would probably be best if you provide the info requested in the “Read Before Posting” thread at the top of the forum.
