PlexConnect on ReadyNAS Duo v2 ARM?

Has anyone got PlexConnect working on a ReadyNAS Duo v2 ARM unit?

 

When a play any media I get "An error occurred unable to play content. Try again later."

 

I have a Readynas Ultra 2 Plus x86 works fine, unRAID works fine but ARM not working.

 

  • Your ATV model (2 or 3) and firmware version: ATV 3 - Firmware 5.3

  • The DNS server set on the ATV: 10.8.8.115

  • The device and operating system (including version number) that PlexConnect is installed on: ReadyNAS Duo v2 ARM - Firmware RAIDiator 5.3.8

  • The local IP address of the device that PlexConnect is installed on: 10.8.8.115

  • The device and operating system (including version number) that the Plex media server (PMS) is installed on: ReadyNAS Duo v2 ARM - Firmware RAIDiator 5.3.8

  • The Plex media server (PMS) version number you are running (**do not put 'latest'**): ReadyNAS ARM v5.x 0.9.7.28.33

  • The local IP address of the device that the Plex media server (PMS) is installed on: 10.8.8.115

  • The PlexConnect version number. If using Github source then a time and date of download: 06:58PM PST 07/02/2013

  • The content of your 'Settings.cfg' file:

The issue is that the aTV cannot play mkv containers natively and you NAS does not have enough power to remux or transcode the file.

The only option open to you is to use subler, iFlicks or something similar to remux your files to an aTV compatible format (it takes a few minutes for each film and can be done in batches).
