PlexConnect only showing shared Servers but no local PMS

Hi Guys,


today I set my PlexConnect up and its working already. But its not showing my local PMS, only the one who a shared with me. I am logged in my myPlex Account but there is no way to play my local media.


Do you have any suggestions for this issue?

If this works, the reason for what was happening before can be:

  • You have disabled GDM in PMS, and/or
  • Your router is blocking multicast

It seems that my router doesn’t support multicast, but I wanted to change it anyway.
