Plexconnect @TV3 failed to erased a server, reason: unauthorized

I have a PMS running on WIN10 with no problems for iOS or Linux smart TV box.
I installed python, Plexconnect and the certificates on @TV3 for trailers. All well.

Starting the trailer app I get the basic plexconnect setting.
In Python on WIN10 I see that it has found 1 server but in the end it did not get a respons from the server with reason: unauthorized

I already started PMS as admin in WIN10.
Does someone has any clou?

Thanks BAA for answering, I already filled in the myPlex settings with the same information I use in the iOS app for myPlex subscription. I also see it started the DNS and WEB server at the IP my PMS is on. I notice in the plexconnect log that it find 2 servers (local, Plex.tv, myPlex). My local PMS is named Plex Terpweg.
If I look in the PMS under devices I see all my Apple iOS devices, the google device, the OS macbook devices and also the iOS (plea connect device) listed.

Do you have set your PMS to “require encryption” or something? Because PlexConnect doesn’t support that (yet).

It was switched on as preferred but switching it off did not solve the problem. I still got the unauthorized error on http no server reached

This evening I search a little deeper also switched off windows Firewall for private network. The web services from python on port 80 & 443 are starting well. It went wrong after the webserver served the .XML for the libraries after that plexapi get no respons from media server.
In the time before that the plexapi found the GDM server and a mediaserver. I also tried to set GDM to False and hard code it to the IP from Plex media server. All with the same result. See attached file in the first post
