Howdy all…whenever I select a 720p HEVC file, the HTPC application will play audio/video normally for up to 5 seconds, and then the app will crash to windows desktop OR the video will freeze and audio will play normally. Files will play fine on all other Plex apps, as well as browser. I am running Win10pro on i5-4590s with 8GB RAM. Most recent log file attached. Many thanks for any assistance with this…any tips or bug confirmation would be appreciated and I will be happy to log a formal defect.

This indicates that the file is either broken or the hardware cannot deal with some aspect of it. You may want to try disabling hardware decoding for these files.
