This issue appears to have started on its own yesterday. I noticed one of the tv’s in the house was taking forever to open Live TV stream, then once it had would constantly buffer. I started by restarting the smart Tv, assuming the problem was with the tv. I then checked into the server, Plex was reporting around 90% CPU usage in the dashboard, which is high as even with 5 TV’s (Hardware encoding) I rarely see over 5-10%. I logged into the server and found that one of the plex processes was reporting 1005% cpu usage. I restarted plex. Got one device playing, however, the second device did not play and the cpu usage jumped. I updated the system and rebooted the whole system. This did not help either.
