PMS can't delete video from Synology server

When I go to the menu for an individual video and select Delete, once I confirm it gives an error message overlay that says " There was a problem deleting this item." The only workaround is to manually connect to server outside of PMS and delete the file from filesystem.

Server Version#: 1.25.2.5319
Synology DSM 6.2.4-25556 Update 2
Player Version#: 1.39.1.2763-300bb607 (Mac)

Sounds like Plex might not have full permissions in the NAS user settings maybe…?
