PMS crashes when any device plays something with external SRT subtitles and Voice Activity enabled

When playing a show that has voice activity and external SRT subs enabled, Plex Media Server instantly closes and needs to be re-opened. If I need to change any of these logs just let me know, thanks.

Server Version#: 1.41.0.8992-8463ad060
Player Version#: Any player (Android app, Android TV app, Chromecast, etc.)
