PMS doesn't see or scan some media files

Server Version#: 1.21.0.3711
Player Version#: 4.29.2

Hey fellow Plex users,
I’ve got a problem with plex and I’m not sure what to do:
Plex doesn’t use/see/scan (I’m not sure what it is) some media files, whilst using other files from the same directory with the same naming scematics. For example, I’m using Plex to listen to podcasts which I’ve collected via mp3-files on my NAS. One of my podcasts has as of today 113 episodes. But Plex doesn’t see 14 episodes of it.
To give an example, one file is called:
Alman Arabica #103 - #103 Das dritte Türchen (Adventskalender).mp3
(It’s a german podcast) and is completely recognized and displayed.
Another is called:
Alman Arabica #102 - #102 Das zweite Türchen (Adventskalender).mp3
and is not recognized at all. This problem even persists after re-installing plex and building a new database (not using the old one).

I simply don’t get why Plex is behaving like this. The naming is the same, merely thew word “zweite” (engl. second) is replaced with “dritte” (engl. third) and “2” is replaced with “3”.
How can this make a difference?

Thanks in advance.

I’ve always threated them like music and the naming worked fine in the past. I’d say it started to act out a few months ago. Since the podcast only reached the missing numbers (beginning on number 93 & 94, then number 97 - 102, then 105 and then 110-113) a few months ago.

But I’m uncertain how this bug came to be, since the mp3-tags and the titles match on all working an non-working files, as shown in my first post. If you which, I can attach screenshots of the mp3-tags and my podcast-library (which is just a music-library).

EDIT:
I forgot to mention that the numbers in Plex match the numbers of the episodes. So in Plex the episodes mentioned above are just missing.
