PMS on Shield recently updated to v1.40.1.8111 and now NAS media libraries report as empty

My PMS (on Nvidia Shield) recently updated to v 1.40.1.8111 and ever since when accessing via the Plex player on Nvidia shield, all libraries show a message that says “This library is currently empty…”
All media is stored externally on a Synology NAS and is definitely still there and the NAS is running fine, nothing has changed on the NAS.
If I try and connect to the libraries via a browser on my Windows PC it says “Something went wrong… An unexpected error occurred”

I can connect to the external media using the same credentials in file explorer with no issues.

Have restarted shield and nas, remounted storage all made no difference

I will be following this thread with interest. Nvidia Shield PMS is a fragile creature and am never in any rush to move onto a major upgrade, to add support for the Shield has been very spotty on the forums with lots of posts going unanswered. I’ll stick to the current version until I learn of an actual success story with the upgrade. Just curious, was your situation a forced upgrade i.e. you went onto the play store and upgraded or automatic? Good :crossed_fingers::blush:
