PMS on Synology - New Home and New IP Range

Hello all,

I recently moved to a new home and when I login to my Plex server its now telling me I am connecting indirectly. The PMS is on my Synology DS718 NAS, and the IP of the NAS has changed. How can I directly connect to my PMS without the indirect issue?
