I am not sure what’s happening but periodically the PMS stops running. I am using the Synology DS218+ running DSM 7.1.1-42962 Update 6 and using PMS 1.32.4.7195-7000. I do have a copy of the logs but I’m not sure which one to look at specifically to find issues. Is there anyone else having this issue in the last week or so?
There are a lot of logs…are there specific ones you need to see? Plex Media Server.log (220.6 KB)
Here is one of the many that I have… some are about fan art, etc. I also took out my login information just for privacy stuff.
The NAS will only show the LAN light. When I login to the NAS it takes a minute but it will fire up all the other lights then. The PMS is stopped and I have to manually restart it. Not sure why this is happening.
I really need to see the previous instance PlexMediaServer.*.log files
(which are contained in the ZIP by default)
Plex Media Server.log only shows me the current ‘running’ activity.
(PMS logs roll over → .1 → .2 → .3 → .4 → .5 → removed) as PMS runs.
With this scheme, we can see approximately the last 20 minutes of activity.

I do see an ungraceful exit in there but not sure if it’s the bad pathname or something else at this point.
Ok, I do see I was missing “/” before Volume 1 for CinemaPlex and the Stranger Things pre-roll. I’m not sure if that would be causing this issue, but hey anything is worth a shot. These pre-rolls worked regardless of that “/”. Thank you for taking a look and hoping maybe something else will turn up.
