PMS Transcode error on all recodings

Player Version#: NA

PMS running on windows 10 machine, live TV recording through Silicon Dust Homerun Duo

Here’s what I have done so far:

  • Clean install of PMS
  • moved the transcode directory to the same drive as the Plex media files

However, I am still getting a transcode error on all timed recordings. For instance in the attached log (Plex Media Server.log) I was trying to record “MAS*H” which started at 19:30 on 30 November 2018.

I seem to be getting ERROR - [Transcoder] [mpeg2video @ 03b67880] Invalid frame dimensions 0x0.

Please help!
