Im sure this has been covered many times, but I cant see any of the answers to help me.
I had to rebuild my PMS to Win10 from Win7. Thought Id upgrade the hard drive to a SSD.
So all went well. on the server I can log into my account, add libraries, even clicking home I get the tested TV show. All looks good. Sadly clients on ios, android, webos, macos and windows 10 laptop, cant find the server, even though they are logged into the Plex account.
I can ping the server and tried finding the “Allow insecure connections” which I cant under settings-advance.
I feel it is network based from windows, because I made sure all settings were the same on the win7 as the win10 pc.
I have disconnected all hard drives except the main drive to test I can see video, film, music files on all clients before I kick off the discovery section.
Any ideas what to check ?

So you are logged in on the new PMS w/ your admin account?
When you go to the users section, do you see the list of your allowed people there?
Under Settings / Remote Access is all good there?
