PMS will not run

Server Version#: PlexMediaServer-1.18.7.2438-f342a5a43-x86
Player Version#: Plex-1.6.3.1009-57cf57c8-x86_64

Sorry for being so new to all this, and not being technically savvy enough. I purchased a small mini PC from Amazonv(https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GBM4JFN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) in July 2019 to run as my PMS. It worked so well, I started adding to my collection of content and was bragging to family and friends. Then around late October, it all wen to crap. The PMS stopped running with no icon in the task bar BUT the process shows active in the Task Manager. When I go into the Plex app or thru the web browser, when I select “your media” it takes me to a page to add my media and a hyperlink to download the PMS (again). I have updated Windows 10, have downloaded the most recent version of PMS and installed it as the administrator. I have all of my content (movies, TV shows, photos, music) on an external hard drive connected thru a USB-C connection. I even tried loading it back onto my laptop (to test) and still nada (it actually says no soup for me! hehe). I also cleared out all the authorized devices to make me log back in. logs.txt (177.1 KB)

Set your DNS server to Google (8.8.8.8) – either in the preferences of your router or in the properties of the network connection in your Windows server.

Then perform this procedure https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/

DNS still set to 8.8.8.8
followed the procedure you recommended.
PMS still didnt run, so I tried to reinstall PMS, still a no-go.
So I uninstalled both PMS and Plex app, and reinstalled PMS only.
It seems to be working. Thanks.
